The location is spot on, with lots of food and shops nearby. The metro is Tiyu Xilu, shown on Google as Tiyu West Road. It's connected to Teemall, with the link to the hotel lobby near the Haagen Daz/Sephora corner. Every team was helpful, from the front desk and concierge to breakfast and housekeeping. They were especially useful for tourists new to Didi. My only gripe was that the hotel WiFi had no VPN, so I had to use eSIM data for Google mail, maps, and other Western news pages. Still, five stars from me. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

The rooms are roomy, and they provide all the amenities, including four bottles of mineral water each day. Service from the staff was great. Sheraton GZ is fairly priced and in a great spot, with access to Tee Mall, the subway, and plenty of restaurants and shops around it. You can spend hours walking around the shops. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, and the service made this a really pleasant, smooth stay. Every staff member I asked for help was willing to go further, even checking details on local apps to make sure the information was right. Before I arrived, I emailed to ask about restaurants nearby. The concierge helped and booked a table at Dagefan (Big Pigeon Rice), just opposite the hotel. When I arrived by taxi from the airport, the driver tried to charge me over RMB 500, which shocked me. Hotel staff sorted it out for me. I was very happy with the stay and would highly recommend it for the convenience and service. I'm coming back for my last night on this trip and looking forward to it.

Breakfast was great. The hotel has Meituan collection lockers outside the entrance, though there's no robot delivery. A metro station is right outside, with malls next door and underground shopping that connects to the metro and other malls. One of the best places to stay in Guangzhou.

I really liked the breakfast, with plenty to choose from, and the Cantonese-style congee is worth trying. The room was comfortable too. It's in the same building as a mall and a very good Aeon supermarket, and the location makes getting around by car or subway easy. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Guangzhou.
