The room was clean and comfortable, and that’s why we moved here after leaving a different hotel that was even worse and unclean. We stayed six days in China, one of them at that other place. At first, we booked two days here, then two more, then one more. We were paying 328 RMB each time, but the hotel’s records showed bookings of two days, one day, and one day. They then charged us another 400 RMB for a day. The front desk staff weren’t helpful. Sometimes they spoke fluent English, but when we needed to explain the bill, they suddenly stopped speaking it. We’d thrown away the earlier bills because we’d never had this kind of problem before and didn’t expect it. We also had a few things stolen, including clothes and small items like rings. Please be careful and avoid this place if you can. I wondered why the rooms were mostly empty, and on our last day I realized the real reason. The one star is for the cleanliness and the feature it has, but what they did was shameful.
