Beijing shopping Street is very close, and the metro is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are a little small but adequate, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is cheap at 25MB, and there's a free laundry room too. The gym is very small and could use some upgrading and maintenance.

The soundproofing was good, breakfast was nice, and I'd stay here again. Breakfast runs from 0730 to 1000, but I'd go early since they don't really replenish the food after 9.30am. You hand your ticket to the staff. Laundry is free, with two washers, two dryers, and free washing powder or pods. It could get busy in the late evening. From the nearest subway exit, it's probably no more than a five-minute walk, and a shopping mall is walkable too. All the rooms are on the second floor. I was given room 262 at the far end, about a two-minute walk from the lift with luggage. I booked through booking.com, and they put a hold on my credit card. When I arrived, they cancelled the hold so I could pay by card instead.

The breakfast stood out. They changed the menu daily to keep things fresh, good job. Everything else was well done too, apart from the dirty carpet.

After working late, I came to check in hoping to relax, but the twin room I'd booked turned out to be a single room with a queen-size bed. The staff had given my room to someone else. I was willing to pay for a double room, but got nothing for it. The person at the backrest couldn't give me an answer, just looked displeased, and didn't help at all. This sucks.
