There was a bad smell in our first room, but the staff quickly moved us to another one. That room was spacious, clean and comfortable. You can hear some construction during the day right now, though it didn't bother me, and it was quiet at night. We enjoyed the stay and were happy with the service.

The reception team, especially Sonja and Jing, managed to accommodate all my wishes, and I want to thank them for it. The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and there was breakfast for everyone. The coffee was excellent too. I really liked the hotel.

It's in a safe, lively neighborhood close to Pratunam market. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, and customer service is available 24 hours. Really good service.
