We picked it for the location near the Tianhe shopping area, and the rates were good. The train station is right next door. Service was great, including a free upgrade for one of our rooms. The rooms aren’t huge, but we could open two large suitcases without blocking the walking space. Everything felt modern and fairly new, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Guests can use the washing and dryer machines for free. Thanks to Jarvis for helping with my packages!

A good, secure hotel with lots of places to eat nearby. Shopping and public transport are right there, which makes the location hard to beat. The rooms are a bit older, but they’re well maintained and comfortable. Good value for money in Guangzhou.

The room size was okay and the shower facilities were nice. Breakfast has a range of choices, and the lobby is on the 13th floor, with a pleasant garden yard overlooking the Guangzhou Tianhe district skyline. Subway access is close, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There aren’t many English-speaking staff, so knowing some Chinese would help.

I’ve booked this hotel 8-10 times and really like it. The rooms are good, and breakfast always has a good variety, especially for non-vegetarians. It’s easy to get around from here, and Gangding is a good base for exploring tech markets for mobile phones, laptops, cameras, and accessories. There’s a McDonald’s by the hotel’s main gate, the metro is nearby, and the building connects internally to the mall.

A cosy, good hotel in a very convenient spot near the metro. It’s beside a few computer malls, with lots of restaurants and cafes close by.
