The breakfast spread was good, and the hotel is near Baiyun airport with a free shuttle in both directions. I arrived after midnight, but they were still able to arrange a pickup. To set up the shuttle pickup, though, we had to contact the staff through the hotel’s wechat account.
This was the best Hampton I’ve stayed at. It’s brand new, the service is fast, and the robot waiters bringing things to your room are really cool. There’s also a free airport shuttle.
The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. The location isn’t the best, but it’s close to the airport.

There’s plenty to eat around here. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away, with a mall and lots of shops by the station. In the evening, the street turns into a lively traditional Chinese food area. The hotel itself is very clean, with spacious rooms, a good breakfast and friendly staff. There’s also free self-service laundry and a small gym. The only real drawback is that the restaurant serves breakfast only, though nearby restaurants are easy to find.
