There are lots of different hot spring areas, all very colorful, and the staff were lovely. Our family had a great time here. Thanks for giving us such a good memory.

The pools are kept really clean, with the public ones completely drained and cleaned every night from midnight until morning. The hotel has its own distinctive room styles, including rooms with private hot spring pools. The staff were so attentive and polite, they’d warm the spring water without being asked and offer tea on their own. 👍

The setting is beautiful and makes for a lovely vacation. The front desk staff are very capable, and I loved the shampoo too. My hair felt soft and comfortable after washing. Superb! 👍👍👍 20260528. I hope I can come back in fall or winter! 💞
