I've stayed here several times this year because the rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, and they have a washing machine. I like the rooms and location, but the front desk lets the place down. Most staff don't greet customers or seem to know how to smile, and I wonder whether they've had customer service training. The service there feels more like a family-run motel than a hotel chain. The cleaning ladies and security staff are pretty friendly, though.

It's a serviced apartment in a prime location, and the room is cleaned daily. Slippers, toiletries, and towels are provided, and there's a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and huge refrigerator. To find the entrance, go behind ICC mall, or use the small entrance on the left of the restaurant on the 6th floor after taking the escalator up.

The location and rooms were excellent. Check-in service needs work, though. I asked for an invoice and was told I could collect it at checkout, but the morning reception staff hadn't been given that information when I checked out.

MAJOR RED FLAG!! Shame on the ICC/ASCOTT brand! I used a new credit card only for the required deposit here. In the middle of our five-day stay, someone tried to charge hundreds in fees to a random China gambling website. Thankfully my bank's 2FA stopped the transaction from going through. Be wary of booking here!

Great view of the stadium, with several coffee shops and restaurants close by.
