The breakfast selection was decent, and the hotel is in a great spot, with the SYSU pier for cruises just across from it and Guangzhou tower visible too. The rooms are clean and spacious, though the pillows weren't very comfortable.

I was back on campus more than a decade after working here and stopped by to look around. I didn't stay at the hotel, but the lobby was quite nice.

The river views are the kind other hotels would envy, and it's a great location if you're visiting the university. Breakfast was lively, with people sharing tables, so I got to meet a couple of great people. For long distance travellers, a small exercise room would be a much appreciated addition.

The Wi-Fi was under maintenance for a whole week again, just like last year. For a business trip, going a week without it is a real problem. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean, and the hotel itself is good. Breakfast is quite expensive, though still very good. If you're on the right side of the building, there's a wonderful river view.

I slept really well here. It's a quiet, comfortable, safe and clean place at a reasonable price, and the mattress and bedding were especially comfortable. The service was excellent. It's close to the north gate of SYSU and the Pearl river, with restaurants on site, and I had a great view of the campus. A great choice for a visit or trip to Sun Yat-sen University, highly recommended.
