The comfortable bed and great view were highlights, and daily housekeeping is included even though this is an apartment. Don't expect room service, though. There's a mall connected to the building with lots of dinner choices, and the building is right by KFC and links to Gongyuanqian metro station on line 1, which connects with line 2. Many hotels seem to occupy different floors of the same building. For travel, it has most things you need. The washer is useful on longer trips, but bring detergent and a travel clothesline. There's a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and small induction stove, though no cooking basics are provided. The thermostat was a little confusing when trying to get hot shower water, but with China's heat it wasn't really necessary. One small drawback: the walls are thin, so you can hear kids in the next room.
