For RMB 212, I got a very cramped room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. The toilet offered little privacy: without adjusting the curtain, people could see what you were doing. The kettle was rusty inside, and the service, especially from the driver, was poor.

The room was tiny, the air conditioner was loud, the water glass smelled of whiskey, and the kettle wasn't clean. I arrived around midnight, and getting basic help was a struggle. The receptionist couldn't explain the Wi-Fi password in English and wouldn't show me upstairs to my room. At checkout, the receptionist wouldn't help me get a taxi and said an interpreter could be called for English assistance, but I would have to pay. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel feels old and worn, with scuffed floor tiles, no floor mat, and a lingering nicotine smell on the walls. Bring your own bedroom slippers. There are only a few small shops nearby, and although the hotel seems close to the railway station, walking there took us about 30-40 minutes. A free shuttle goes to the station for the metro, but only until 1 p.m. Our first room had a faulty door device that we couldn't open, so they moved us to another room. I wouldn't choose this place for children or older people.
