This UrCove was a bit underwhelming, though the room was roomy and comfortable like usual. The inverter aircon was a little loud while running. On the first night, we didn't realize the Master switch had turned off the ventilator, and woke up in the middle of the night surrounded by cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Another night, we couldn't turn off the toilet light. They quickly lent us another room for that night, but by the time they responded and helped, we were exhausted. There isn't much around besides skyscrapers, so the location felt lacking. It seems better suited to work or business trips, or the convention centre.

UrCove by Hyatt is a great option for business or leisure. The stylish rooms and thoughtful amenities made for a comfortable stay, and the property was clean and quiet. The staff gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. Highly recommend it.

Traffic noise made the room very loud at night. Motorbike groups and people showing off in sports cars drove through the streets with very loud engines, and the windows didn't block much of the noise.

The staff were amazing, and the place felt absolutely like home. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooms were large, clean, and nice, and the hotel itself was nice too. But the service was very poor, with annoying management and staff who lacked English skills. They weren't willing to fix their mistakes.
