We were told early check-in would be available at 2 PM, but ended up waiting four hours. When we asked again, they said it would be another hour. I'm very unhappy with how this was handled. Why keep guests waiting without a clear answer, especially when people without reservations seemed to be served first? Is that how a 4-star hotel treats its guests? Really disappointing. 🥲
