Vaperse Apartment

Tony, the hotel manager, was professional and went out of his way to help us sort out Taobao and waimai. Our business apartment was clean and spacious, and having a washer with a dryer meant we needed to pack fewer clothes. The space worked well for our family, and I’d definitely book it again.

The location was really good, and the room had a great choice of pillows. I was here recently for work, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, especially the one who cleaned mine. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was very nice, and the staff knew their stuff. We were on the 22nd floor in a double room with cable TV, a fridge, and a washer-dryer. It was comfortable, and during the Ragasa period housekeeping checked in to make sure we had enough drinks and towels. The hotel is fairly central for getting around, so I’d recommend it to families.

We booked this place for the pool and the room photos, and were really disappointed. At check-in we asked when the pool opened and were told it would be open in the morning. Then we got to our room and saw a notice saying it was closed for renovation. What a shame, and it felt like a lie. The room was dirty too, with blood on the floor, old toilet paper, shoe prints, dirty toilets, hair, and a cigarette smoke smell. This seems like a really old hotel, and definitely not five stars. The good reviews are lies. Worst hotel in town.
