I stayed for 10 days and found the rooms nice and the rates very reasonable. It’s a very good hotel in Guangzhou, and they provide bus service to canton fair. Everything else was good, but the staff weren’t friendly and didn’t help when I urgently wanted to book train tickets to yiwu.

Affordable prices and top-notch customer service made this one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and Vienna took especially good care of me. I highly recommend it. You won’t regret it.

The room smelled so bad that I wanted to leave and find another hotel, but my wife was very tired, so we stayed. The front desk staff were unprofessional and useless, unable to communicate with any guests. I don’t know why they’d hire staff like that. They gave me room 1608, which had no window and felt like a coffin. I asked to change rooms, and they charged me extra for one with a window. This hotel isn’t worth more than RMB100, but I paid RMB751.56. I felt ripped off.

A good choice if you’re visiting this area. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean, with soft, clean bedding. The bathroom was also in very good condition and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. Breakfast had both Western and Chinese options, so anyone could enjoy a complete meal.
