The front desk was friendly and helped me a couple of times, and there’s a washing machine. The location is great, right by the Metro and close to good food and shopping malls. It’s a busy area, so shut the window at night if street noise bothers you. Great value too.

A clean place.

The location is really convenient, and both the receptionist and maintenance staff were friendly and polite. The terrace has a fantastic view, and the sheets were clean and white. There was a lot of trash on the floor, though. It was better the next day after I complained. The toilet sink was leaking and got fixed after I reported it, but there’s no wet and dry separation in the bathroom. After a shower, the toilet area was like a puddle, with no floor towels. I can only imagine everyone using a big body towel to soak it up, which is scary to think about. The receptionist came up and fixed the TV twice because it wouldn’t turn on. Connecting to the Wi-Fi required a mainland China phone number, which was kind of funny.
