The location is a real plus, and the rooms have plenty of space. But this is a set of rooms within the Wanyi Apartment block, and the rest was disappointing. The furniture is old. The utensils, crockery, and appliances were either missing or not satisfactory. There was also a constant sewage smell in the bathroom.

The apartment is roomy and has a washing machine, though there's no dryer or fridge. A convenience store is right downstairs, and the location makes it good value. It's about a five-minute walk from HaiZhu Station, gate F. Finding the check-in point can be confusing, but Baidu Map got me there. I posted a video showing where to check in.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is very good. The service could be more thorough and tidy.

The rooms were clean, the staff lovely, and the service good. It's convenient, with a mall close by and a good location.
