Xana HOTELLE (Kecun Metro Station Pazhou Exhibition Center)

The hotel is comfortable enough, and the rooms aren’t too cramped, though for my taste the prices aren’t cheap. There’s no refrigerator or breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is very slow and often drops out. A lot of TV channels don’t work, and digital TV needs permission first. The staff don’t speak English, but they’re friendly and helpful. It’s about 500 meters from the main ring road and around 2 km from the Canton Tower. The hotel is close to the campus, so there are young people passing along the streets every day and it’s never quiet. At night it feels like a walking street, though don’t expect anything like Pattaya, Pathong Phuket in Thailand, or Bui Vien in Vietnam. No sexy dancers or sexy masseuses here 😄😃😃, mostly food sellers and maybe students. The room numbering confused me. For example, room 307 means you’re in room 80307, even though the building only has 3 floors. 😃
