This is a very basic hotel in Guangzhou, China, in a busy and noisy area. The place is very dirty, and the owner or manager doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness. The carpets, bathrooms, and curtains are all so dirty. The credit card machines don’t work, and they don’t take USD or Euro. No one can speak English, so it’s not suitable for foreign customers. The only good thing is that the two girls at reception are very helpful.
4/10
When I left my passports in a taxi, the staff helped me get them back within an hour. The hotel itself is small and old, and there was a bad smell at night. The workers, including reception, didn't speak English, which made things difficult, but they tried to understand my questions with Google Translate and help me.
8/10
It was reasonable, though not bad and not especially good either.
6/10
It was acceptable.
