Teresa and Benny (Assistant Manager) were warm, professional, and welcoming, and their hospitality made me feel at home. I also felt safe with 24-hour security and a guard on-site. The hotel serves halal food and is within walking distance of a nearby masjid and several tourist attractions, which made the trip easy and enjoyable. I loved my stay, and this is my top choice in Guangzhou. Highly recommended for Muslim travellers and anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and good service.

The location puts lots of great attractions within walking distance. Beijing street is about a 15-minute walk and worth every step. The hotel is beautiful, with large, spacious rooms, fantastic staff, and wonderful restaurants on-site.

During my five-day stay, I had to move rooms three times, which was a horrible experience. The rooms were old, nearby food options were limited, and the Wi-Fi didn't work at all for our whole stay. I was in Bihai Lou, where traffic and construction noise was audible in the morning. The hotel team also didn't respond to my multiple emails before the trip. My advice to the staff: if a room isn't fit to stay in, don't assign it to a guest.
