The staff at reception were helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. The hotel is in a good spot among traditional shops for food and local products, with tourist attractions nearby. A bidet feature in the WC would be a good addition.
10/10
The lobby has complimentary black coffee, latte and tea. They also provide slippers, a toothbrush and a comb. Our room was neat and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Great location.
2/10
The service was bad, the air conditioning was broken, and there was no toilet ventilation. It’s tucked into a little corner of an alley and can be hard to find.
10/10
Helpful staff and good service, and the location is great.
