The breakfast buffet’s rice noodles and sweet potatoes were pretty good, and the room was okay. Staff were a mixed bag: some were friendly, while others were terrible. I picked this hotel for its gym, but the treadmill ignored every button. When I reported it, staff said there was nothing they could do because the machine was old. The gym also had limited hours, so I ended up running around nearby Jia Tianxia Plaza. Sigh, life is full of disappointments.

I stayed two days in early September 2015. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good. Getting to the historic center was the downside: it was a bit far, and both my taxi and rickshaw rides took 25 minutes.
