For RMB400, this is real value for money. The rooms are large and very comfortable, though a little dated. The Four Points by Sheraton Guilin is in the new administrative center in Linggui, and this is the older version, opened in 2014. The location is not bad, but the mall beside the hotel is half empty and there aren't many dining options. The meeting and restaurant areas feel excessive, as if they were designed before the austerity drive.

Clean, spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, and an amazing price. I also wanted to respond to another review saying there wasn't enough Western-style food. That seems like a weird complaint, like traveling all the way to China and then being unhappy there isn't German food. I wouldn't pay attention to that kind of review.

Guilin city doesn't have many good hotels, and this one is a decent option, as long as you don't expect the standard of hotels in bigger cities. My room was upgraded to a suite, but there was mold on the wall and it smelled. The breakfast buffet had few Western food choices, and both the variety and quality were poor.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and it's a great hotel. It's a little far from downtown Guilin, but a large mall with lots of shops and food options is just a 3 minute walk away.

I'm not someone who complains much, but this was a really bad experience. The Google location is wrong, and the hotel is about 35 minutes from downtown Guilin. The bath water was yellow, and the WiFi still didn't work after I asked reception twice. Breakfast wasn't good, and the restaurant chairs were dirty. Not a good experience at all.
