The staff were what made this stay feel personal and memorable. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every detail. The room was clean and comfortable for unwinding after a day out, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Elephant Trunk Hill, the lively Pedestrian Street, and the local Snacks area with Guilin's bars, restaurants, and street food. A wonderful place to enjoy Guilin's charm and hospitality.

For a reasonable price, we got a hotel right in central Guilin, close to the town square and a night market street with food and craft shopping. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the hotel was clean with no cigarette smell. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Guilin.
