The rooms were disgusting, with mould everywhere, and the service was terrible. I was here with my family for a day last month, and we had to flee.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, but the hotel needs renovation. The rooms are okay; the showers are very old and really dirty, and there was literally water beneath the tile floor. Disappointing.

The mountain view they advertise was just a white wall with an air conditioner for us. The toilet kept running, and it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. The reception staff wouldn't help or answer questions. A terrible hotel with bad staff, definitely somewhere to stay away from.
