6/10
The location is the real highlight: it's a river-view hotel, and just walking around outside feels like sightseeing. The night market is nearby too. Rooms are spacious, but they haven't been maintained well. Breakfast wasn't good, although the restaurant food is very good. The fish in broth was especially marvelous. Staff could use more professional training and better English knowledge.
6/10
The rooms are usually clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk and corridors don't look very good, and customer service depends on who you get.
8/10
The room is nice, but breakfast doesn't match it. There was only white bread, with no butter or toaster, and no hot tea either.
10/10
It's a brand new hotel, and the room is spacious and clean. Really excellent.
8/10
Clean and comfortable, but breakfast needs some work.
