Hilton Guiyang

Jim Xu at the breakfast restaurant greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. He also asked for feedback on the hotel and how it could improve. We suggested adding English to the coffee machine instructions, since we couldn't understand the Chinese text. As an international hotel, it must have many guests from abroad. Please take good care of Jim Xu, he's a valuable staff member. The rooms are modern, with electronic curtains, lights, toilet flushing, and other features. One concern: we noticed a cigarette smell along the room corridors and aren't sure whether smoking is prohibited in every room. Thanks for looking into the feedback. We're very satisfied with this Hilton Home2 Suites in Guiyang.

I was extremely happy with this stay and will choose Hilton again when I next visit Guiyang. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the staff are enthusiastic, and the service at Hilton Guiyang is especially good.

The front desk staff are always ready to help and offer advice about places to visit locally. The hotel itself is new and beautiful, and I had a very pleasant stay in Guiyang. I'd highly recommend it.

Our room reached 30 degrees because the central air conditioning wasn't operating, apparently as a cost-saving measure. The poor air circulation left three of the four people in our group feeling nauseous, as if there wasn't enough oxygen. I strongly advise against booking here. We complained several times but got no satisfactory answer. The only suggestion was to open the windows and use a fan, but the windows barely opened and that didn't help. Instead of looking into what happened, the General Manager seemed to hide the facts and avoid responsibility. It felt unprofessional and left us deeply disappointed in Hilton's management. Not running the air conditioning to save money has seriously affected guests, and this is alarming and unacceptable.
