The lobby at Home2 Suites by Hilton Guiyang Airport looked really modern and stylish, with some trendy brands in the decor. My stay was very satisfying. The hotel is only 2 kilometers from Guiyang Longdongbao Airport and has a shuttle, which made it convenient and affordable for an overnight stop before an early flight. The room was like a one-bedroom suite, with 45 square meters split between sleeping and living space, and it was clean and modern. For two people with breakfast included, it cost NT$2000 a night, which felt like a great deal.

Breakfast had just one coffee machine, which felt like too few for a hotel aimed at airport travelers. I’d also have liked more water. Other places of a similar level start with 2-3 bottles, while this one offered less. The two cafes in Guiyang seemed similar, and the nightlight buttons were very bright.
