The location is great, and the room is clean and nicely set up. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was just so-so, with little variety, and there weren't enough staff clearing plates from the tables. It's good overall and acceptable for the price, though not especially good value. I'd come back.

The staff made my stay at Hampton by Hilton Haikou especially memorable. Tina, Holly, Ice, Sissie, Mark, Doris, Tutu, Nina, Aiden, Katherine, and Jian Li Ye were all friendly, attentive, and ready to help. They assisted with requests, shared local recommendations, and made guests feel welcome with their greetings. They’re a real credit to the hotel. I also found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with spacious rooms and a welcoming feel. The location was convenient, and breakfast had a good range of choices each morning. Thanks to the whole team for making my time in Haikou so enjoyable. I’d happily stay again and recommend Hampton by Hilton Haikou to visitors.

The lobby has a lovely, comfortable feel, and the room was quite comfortable too, though the shower ran a bit slowly. The bathroom has a space-saving sliding door, but there's no bidet or hand soap. The hair dryer works well. Breakfast is included, fresh, readily available, and has plenty of choice for a hotel in this class. The Peter Thomas Roth amenities are very good. You can also ask for extra drinking water in the room. Laundry service and a fitness center are available.
