The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant golf course view from the balcony. The pool area feels lush and upscale, and the Ritz Carlton next door shares the spa, and possibly the pool too. The club lounge is being renovated, so elite members were offered high tea and cocktails in the lobby bar. The little cakes were excellent. Breakfast was the letdown. We arrived around 7:15 to find cold food, no kitchen staff to serve it, and dirty tables still covered with other guests' dishes. For a hotel of this class, that seemed odd. Still, it's a great hotel, somewhere around four or five stars.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the service was great. But we left with a very sour impression because the 2,000 RMB deposit we paid by card at the start of our stay was never returned. No one has explained why. We're certain we didn't damage anything in the room or elsewhere.

Breakfast alone makes the room price feel worthwhile. There seemed to be every kind of food you could want, and plenty of staff were around to help. We found a table, and someone brought us milk, coffee, or whatever else we wanted while we went up to the buffet. Everything was well organized. Nothing but happiness.

The airport was only about a 20-minute drive away, and the hotel was near both the golf course and the outlet mall. The rooms were nicely furnished, the food was plentiful, and service was good. We had a good stay.

The location could be inconvenient if you're planning to explore the city, but the hotel itself is clean and very well kept. Staff were friendly, and guests were being offered a 50% discount on the hotpot buffet. Breakfast had a good range and was decent. The rooms are big, with excellent night views.
