The bed mattress was firm, just how I like it, and the shower towel was nice. Those were the consolations. I won’t come back. The room smelled moldy, apparently because of the wooden bath tub used for the so-called hot spring shower. The toilet was cramped, with little room to stand and shower. The tub took up too much space, so the whole toilet got wet whether I showered standing or in the tub. Breakfast was limited, and the dining area was too small. During the busy morning period people bumped into each other, and the metal edge of the table was dirty. The outdoor spa area was so dirty that I didn’t feel like going in, much less taking a dip. This hotel doesn’t deserve a four-and-a-half-star rating.

The toilet has no bidet or flexible spray, so the only way to clean up after using it is with the shower. The room carpet has black patches, and the lighting is too dim for paperwork.
