Six of the 14 people in our group had problems across three rooms. It was a really scary experience. At midnight, one toilet door was locked from the inside even though nobody was in there. Staff brought keys but couldn’t get it open either. After more than 20 minutes, a hotel guy finally shouted at the door and it opened. It was a nightmare. The place felt haunted.

The renovated room had a comfortable bed, but facing the street meant it was very noisy.

So gross! The room smelled bad, the walls and floor were moldy, the toilet was narrow, and the headboard was dirty. I’ve never seen a hotel this awful. 😤😤
