It's a little outside town, which gives the hotel its serenity. Service from the staff was great throughout our stay. The rooms were lovely, with different views: some looked out on greenery, others onto courtyards. There are good restaurants at the hotel, and plenty of small local specialty spots nearby if you want more variety. The restaurants in the OTHER hotels, including Sheraton, are options too.

The greenery and design make this a great hotel, but it's far from the city. Getting around is inconvenient, and finding a taxi can be difficult.

On 18 March, Thea and Shen Siwei at the Angsana Hangzhou reception listened to my concern. Shen Siwei carefully helped move me to a room on level 3 near my friend, and I was really impressed by their service. Thea also helped my friends and me add breakfast to our room on the day we checked in. Fantastic service from both of them.
