Atour Hotel Culture Square West Lake

The room had quite a few mosquitoes, and there was no coffee in the room or lobby, or even anywhere within walking distance. I also had to scan my room key everywhere. At this rate, I might as well get a barcode tattooed on my wrist. I get that the idea is to keep things minimalist, but it just doesn’t work for me. Honestly, if I wanted a basic budget hotel, I’d choose a Holiday Inn instead. My factory supplier booked and paid for this stay, so I can’t really judge whether it was worth the price. I can say this is the first time I’ve stayed with this hotel chain, and it’s very likely my last.
