The staff were friendly and nice, and we got some amenities and snacks at check-in. The room was well designed, and the hotel was neat and clean. We had a pleasant stay.
8/10
The lobby was comfortable for playing cards and having a drink, and they even serve free food and drinks, including wonton soup at 10 PM. The location is good, although it's a bit far from West Lake. The rooms are too small for two people. I'm not sure if that's common in tourist areas, but it's a good choice overall.

They're fine, and there's a hospital nearby.
