There’s a biscuit shop right next door, and you can smell the biscuits in the lift. Lots of food nearby, which is convenient. If you don’t mind walking, West Lake is within walking distance. A great place to stay. I’ve included some photos of the surrounding area.

The room was clean and spacious, and having free washing machines was a great bonus. The hotel itself is modern, in a tower near a food market and West Lake. A train station is only about 20 metres away, which is very convenient. The air conditioning was frustrating, though. It kept resetting to 23°C even after we changed the setting, and that felt too cold when it was 39°C outside. Staff didn’t speak English, and the translation tool wasn’t much help.

Breakfast was a buffet with lots of healthy food and drinks. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable. It’s right in central Hangzhou, within walking distance of West Lake. Highly recommend, 10/10 stars!

It’s decent for the price, fairly clean, and has enough amenities. Breakfast was decent too. The location is near Fengqi Road Stn and about a 25 min walk from West Lake. The advertised gym was a letdown, just a treadmill and a bike machine. My main complaint was that the air conditioning malfunctioned during our stay, so the room got very hot.

I accidentally left cash in the room, and it was still there, with nothing missing. The staff were accommodating, and breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean, with a modern take on wood features. Overall, a good experience.
