The rooms at EVEN Hotel West Lake were modern, comfortable, and clean, so I could rest and get work done easily. Service was professional and efficient, and it was convenient to reach West Lake and the nearby areas. A solid option for business travel. I'd stay again.

The staff were friendly, warm, and keen to help, and breakfast had a satisfying range of choices. My room was clean, stylish, and welcoming. Westlake is a lovely 15-20 minute walk away, with the lively main shopping area along the route. I highly recommend it.
