Julia and Eloise were so friendly and attentive. The hotel feels very new, with nice views and a great location, and room service arrived super quickly. The standard room was a little small, though, and the amenities weren't quite at the level I've had at other Four Seasons hotels.
10/10
The breakfast had lots of tasty options, and the rooms felt new and were nice. There’s also a pleasant garden to stroll around on the 10th-floor lobby level. Finding the entrance can be tricky, so cabs may have trouble locating it. Apart from that, I had a great stay.
10/10
Sabrina was especially friendly and helpful when I ran into her at the gym and entrance. Most of the other staff were helpful too, though they weren't as warm as she was. The stay was fabulous and service was generally excellent. The entrance can be easy for cab drivers to miss.

Will, the hotel manager who speaks Cantonese, took great care of us from start to finish. The hospitality was fantastic, and we'd happily come back.

I can't remember the restaurant's name, but it's on level 5 and the food was so good 😍
