The hotel is handy for XiXi wetlands national park, though a bit removed from the action and somewhat difficult to find. It badly needs renovations, with wallpaper stapled or taped up in places, and cleanliness was only two-star. WiFi was extremely weak and kept dropping out. The restaurant food was mediocre, and staff there demanded payment as soon as we walked in. Hotel staff, on the other hand, were very friendly and accommodating. They even lent us an umbrella after seeing us dash through the rain across the parking lot to the restaurant.
