The ground-floor breakfast was more like a lovely brunch than a standard continental spread, with so many choices. The room was a good size and very comfortable, especially the bathroom, which has both a bathtub and a shower. There's also a small convenience store by the elevator. It stays open late and sells drinks, snacks and other things.

Breakfast was great, with a variety of food and drinks. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is convenient, right next to a shopping mall.

There are international TV channels, including HBO, and the hotel has a nice swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was great, the room was spotless, and the hotel itself was clean. Staff were very friendly and knew English. Suntime Grad New Century hotel is away from Hangzhou's busy center.
