Getting to the room means taking the elevator with an entry card, since the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor. Setting up the Wi-Fi is a painful, time-consuming process, and it doesn't always work.
10/10
The quiet room Wen Yuanshuai arranged made a real difference. I barely noticed the construction, and the staff even brought fruit the evening before checkout. The room was clean and had everything I needed, though it wasn't very big. The hotel is close to the subway, and while breakfast wasn't huge, it covered the basics. The chicken soup wontons were especially good. I'd stay here first next time I'm in Hangzhou.
8/10
With how much Chinese people enjoy breakfast, I wish the menu had a few more choices.
10/10
The food was excellent, and the facilities were good too.
