The location felt safe, and it was quiet outside with a nice range of food nearby. The staff were kind and really helpful. I think I spotted a robot that delivers food to rooms, though I could be wrong. Our room was cozy, nicely decorated, and had pleasant lighting. For such a low price, it was a great room. There were even high quality Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling. I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. They also had free candy downstairs for kids. Excellent value for the price. I’d definitely stay again if I visit Hangzhou.

The rooms were good, but we had bad luck with two families whose kids were running and shouting in the corridor close to midnight.
8/10
We spent 2 nights here, and the room was a good size. Breakfast came with the stay and had plenty of choices. The coffee machine made good coffee, too. The Hangzhou Airport Bus transfer stop is close by.

The location is a big plus, close to West Lake and central Hangzhou. For photos, I’d suggest going up to the hotel’s sixth floor in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and guests get complimentary tea. It’s an excellent hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. For the price, it was perfect. Great hotel.
