We spent a week at Ramada Plaza in Hangzhou, right in the city centre. Our room had two queen beds, a bathtub, and basic amenities, and it was good. The hotel service was good too, although there may be a language barrier if you don’t speak Chinese. At breakfast, we also had to keep asking for help with the food. The main thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. Still, it’s a good place to stay in the centre and enjoy the area around it.

The beds were unbelievably bad, like flat rocks. When I first sat down, I thought something had gone wrong. I’d have been just as comfortable on the floor, and sleeping on the bed was impossible. I’ll never stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was good. For the price, the place wasn’t as great as I’d expected, but I still had a good stay.
