Breakfast was handled well. Tables were cleaned quickly, and food was refilled promptly. The location is convenient, right across from the old Hangzhou railroad main station and the MTR's A3 exit. But it was noisy, with lots of domestic travelers, especially families with kids. The young workers seemed inexperienced, and I heard a lot of apologies. One lady couldn't record my IHG membership and said she'd call after checking with her colleagues, but never did. Room cleaning lacked attention to detail, and things were often not replenished. There was no refrigerator in the room.

I stayed on the 9th floor, and the AC had a strange smell, so I opened the windows. They were already open when I entered the room. Maintenance needs to improve to meet international standards. With the weather getting warmer in spring, give this place serious thought before booking. Also, the Google Maps coordinates are wrong. I'm not sure why the other reviewer gave this hotel a good review.

The rooms were absolutely mint clean, and check-in was easy. Plenty of space, too.

The room was just right, the winter heating was comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The location was good, though there was a slight smoky smell in the room.
