Miss Bella was helpful, and I appreciated the offer and fruit she gave me as a Member. The hotel is right by Wulin Square and very well located, but Google Maps shows the wrong spot. AMP Map or Baidu Map should give you the exact location.

The self-service laundry was a handy extra, since you don't usually find that in Marriot hotels. The rooms were modern, clean, and really good.

A good spot for a short business stay, with a perfect location.

The room was spotless, and as a Japanese guest I really liked having a heated toilet seat. The entrance can be a little tricky to spot. Walk past Costa Coffee on the south side and you'll see the elevator. It's in the Hangzhou Theater building, just across from Wulin Square.

Jessie made a real difference when my parcel went to the wrong place. She took time to understand what had happened, then helped get it delivered from the incorrect location to the hotel. She was patient, kind, and so helpful, and I'm really grateful she was on duty that day. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel sits right in Wulin Square with plenty of malls within walking distance. A fantastic stay, and Jessie deserves 5/5 stars every day.
