I was impressed by the staff throughout my stay. Reception were very helpful and accommodating, and the housekeeping team got the room ready quickly and greeted me whenever we crossed paths. They could communicate in English or through WeChat. The location is a big plus. Fenggi Road Station is only 30 meters away, with an elevator at the modern hotel. In77 and Kerry Mall are nearby, Wulin Night Market is easy to get to, and West Lake is a short walk after crossing the street twice. There’s a convenience store across the road and a dumpling shop next door that delivers through room service. My twin room was spacious, had a great view, and the beds were comfortable. It looked like the pictures, felt modern, and was smoke-free. The room price was very reasonable for what you get. The air conditioning worked well, and I slept comfortably with the heater off. Shower gel and hand gel smelled lovely. Free coffee, hot water, and ice are available in the lobby. There’s a hairdryer and an iron, with the ironing board in the room. The amenity kit is complete, though slippers cost 20 yuan extra. I was traveling alone but had booked a twin room. If I get the chance to come back to Hangzhou, I’d like to stay here again.
