Hyatt Place Hangzhou Intl Airport

I couldn't try the breakfast because my layover was short, but the rest of my stay at Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport was excellent. The room was roomy and nicely laid out, with a large soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free feel. It was quiet, and the big windows looked out over the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Getting around was easy. The hotel connects directly to Hangzhou Airport, just a short walk from the terminals, and the metro is accessible from the airport. There's a 7-Eleven beside the hotel for snacks and essentials, plus several airport restaurants a short walk away. I'd stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

The breakfast buffet on the ground floor had a good range of food. I enjoyed the congee and noodles, and there were also bacon, eggs, toast, and croissants for a Western-style breakfast. Both the choice and quality were great. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a fresh, modern feel. The lobby also made a strong impression, looking stylish and beautifully designed. I walked in conveniently from the walkway and was met with warm hospitality and excellent service. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place at Hangzhou International Airport. The atmosphere, service, and dining made it a real gem, and I can't wait to come back. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed one night between flights, and this hotel works very well for transit. It's only a few steps outside terminal 4, and you can bring an airport luggage cart right to the hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the kids were given amenities, including toys. Breakfast was standard and included bakery items too.

I only stayed one night and would've liked more time here. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and the Wi-Fi strong. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and most spoke excellent English. The hotel sits between T3 and T4, with plenty of restaurants in T4 nearby. I'd definitely come back.
