The location was handy, about a 10-minute walk from West Lake, and the ice cream lady next door was super nice. Her gelato was top notch. The room layout was nice, with a big couch. Double rooms had a large shower, and the body wash, shampoo, and hand soap all worked well. But the cleanliness was a serious problem. I'm 95% sure they didn't change the sheets on the second bed. The middle spot where someone's head would go smelled awful, and only that part did. In the middle of the night I had to change the sheets myself because the smell was too strong. The next morning I woke up with a horrible rash all over. There was also a makeup item left by the previous guest on the floor between the beds, so the floor clearly hadn't been mopped carefully. I stayed in May 2026. I really wish I could rate the place higher because the reception staff at the front were so nice, but we paid for clean rooms and didn't get one. Travelers, beware.
