The room key card stopped working, and when I contacted the front desk, nobody explained why. There were also long stretches when no staff were at the desk. On top of that, the glass outside my room was badly cracked and had been left unrepaired, which made me worry about guest safety. The curtains, shower, and sink were old and worn, and the poor hygiene left me uncomfortable. I was extremely disappointed by the service and condition of the hotel. I’m sharing this so others can avoid the same frustration, and I hope the hotel takes these problems seriously and improves before it loses more customers.
