The location is the one real plus, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, and a great view from my room. The hotel itself was mediocre at best. My carpet was dirty, and the bathroom had no privacy: its glass door didn’t even have a lock.

There are local restaurants around serving noodles, rice, and seafood, and there’s a convenience store for snacks and drinks. You can park outside. The reception area has very little seating, and the staff, like those at most local hotels here, barely speak English. The Wi-Fi is available, though rather weak. The room was fairly comfortable despite its low ceiling. It had a desk, wardrobe, reading lamps, strong air conditioning, and a bathroom with a glass enclosure, a seat, and a bathtub. There was no minibar with soft drinks or beer. Breakfast was mediocre, with a limited buffet from 6 to 9 a.m. No salad, fruit, butter, or cheese. The coffee and tea were sweet, pre-made, and kept in a large glass pot. Liang An hotel is quite old.
